As a school district, we strive to have all parents active and engaged in their child's education and academic progress, and we want our community to have a full and complete understanding of our school district. From the Board of Education through the administration, faculty and staff, we fully believe in accountability in the performance of our students and the quality of our schools.

Because of this, we strive to provide our parents and community with unlimited data and information about our school district. This includes detailed information regarding our student demographics, class sizes, enrollment and student achievement, as well as school district finances. To access this information for Peru ESD 124, please visit the Illinois Report Card, a database that includes a wide range of this exact kind of information. Following are direct links to the Illinois School Report Card online data base, "At A Glance" summaries, and the traditional report cards for Peru Elementary District 124, as well as Northview Elementary School and Parkside Middle School.

Regardless of which state assessment is used, our teachers, administration and staff will continue to develop and use our own local assessment data to inform instruction and ensure student academic growth. More importantly, we will continue to focus not on a state test, but on authentic learning opportunities and developing a deep, meaningful curriculum for our students. Please contact your child's principal or the District office at 815-223-1111 if you have any questions or concerns regarding any of this information.

Thank you for your support of our children and our schools!
