Monstrous Reading for A.R.
Each child will be assigned an individual based AR point goal to achieve.
Be sure to look for your child's point goal at the beginning of each new quarter.

Comprehend-Am I understanding what I am reading?
Know-I know most of the words.
Reading and Writing
Our classroom is a reading & writing rich community. It is important that your child engages in a variety of different reading materials and experiences writing on a daily basis.
Spelling
Students will be tested weekly on assigned spelling words. Tests will be given at the end of each week. Your child will be given words on Friday in their home files for the upcoming week.
Math
Multiplication and Division facts are extremely important to know. In order for your child to be successful in math, practice outside of the classroom is important.
