STUDENTS WILL

1.  Dress in Parkside School P.E. Uniform
2.  Lock valuables in your lockers.  Wearing Jewelry in P.E. is  not allowed.  The staff is not responsible for lost or stolen 
     items.
3.  Use equipment only as directed by the instructors.
4.  NEVER CHEW GUM IN P.E..
5.  Bring a note from a parent/guardian in order to be excused for three days for illness or injury.  If it is necessary to be out of P.E. for more than three days, a physicians excuse is required.

GRADING:

Each student will be awarded 10 points per day.
2 points for Warm Ups
5 points for Participation in Activity
2 points for having your P.E. uniform
1 point for Sportspersonship/Attitude

Each student will be given a weekly percentage grade based on the amount of points earned out of the amount of points for that week.
-Students will not lose points for attending school sponsored activities or for missing class to receive support services.

-Vacations more than 3 days during the school year will not count against your son or daughter, they will be required to complete an activity packet to earn his or her points for the days absent.

-Students will medical excuses from a parent or Dr. may be required to complete a make up worksheet each day they are out.  Assignments are subject to change depending on the length and type of medical excuse and at the teacher's discretion.

THINGS TO BRING:

 1. Parkside School P.E. uniform 
 2.  Socks (preferably white)
 3.  Velcro or laced gym shoes with non-marking 
      soles (no slip on shoes)
 4.  Sweatpants and sweatshirts may be worn over 
      P.E. Uniform
 5.  Deodorant must be in a plastic container (no aerosol please)
 6.  Towel
 7.  Pen or Pencil to keep in your P.E.  locker
