The Dream Comes True
Our dream of providing our children with the much needed Parkside School, along with upgrading and renovating Northview and Washington Schools, is a dream come true for our school district, as well as our community. The recent commencement of the 2009-10 school year officially wraps up three years of planning, preparation and many hours of hard work from some very dedicated people. The additional square footage throughout the district has also allowed for the implementation of the very successful Bright Futures preschool program, as well as the implementation of a breakfast program in all three buildings.
People recognized that this was a huge need in our school district, but it does not happen without the support of our local community and taxpayers.
