Meet Mrs. Jaegle

Hello Everyone! My name is Tracey Jaegle and I am the Reading Specialist/Interventionist. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and in 2006 with a Master of Science in Education/Reading Specialist. I taught Junior High Language Arts for two years, and then became a Reading Improvement/Title I teacher at Spring Valley Elementary School for five years.
I am a member of the Illinois Reading Council, Illinois Title I Association, National Council of Teachers of English, and the International Reading Association. I continue to further my education through participation in professional development courses and workshops with a concentration on Response to Intervention (RtI).
My interests include reading, exercising, and boating. I live in Peru with my husband and two daughters. Please feel free to stop by my classroom or contact me at the school if you have any questions or concerns.
